Stop the massacre – Palestinian children deserve to smile too!!!

I don’t usually do this. I don’t usually write about specific conflicts or wars taking place. I rather deal with the cause to the disharmony in the world rather then the symptoms.
Although this time I feel compelled to do so. Perhaps because I had a TV screen in my vicinity in the last few days, and have been exposed to the lies and manipulation of the mainstream media.
So cleverly they imprint images in our mind and make us see the world through the lenses they would like us to look through.
So - to the war in Gaza. Well for a start, how can we call it a war? Even in warfare there must be some element of fair play. Imagine two knights in the Middle Ages preparing for battle. One is fully covered with armour and holds a well-crafted sword while the other is naked and armed with a couple of stones in their hand. Surly the well-armed warrior would refuse to fight, since there is no honour in defeating a man armed with a couple of stones.
What is taking place is not a war, it’s a massacre, a genocide; the big boy bullying the weak one into submission, since he didn’t follow his orders.

And like the two Middle Age knights, Israel is armed with the most sophisticated arms in the world and home to one of the strongest armies on earth while the Palestinians fire a few home made rockets.

And this is where the media gets into the act. And yes, excuse me if by your perception I may be not ‘politically correct’.

The media, especially the one pretending to be balanced; paints a picture of rockets fired on both sides. On suffering on both sides. Well, of course there is suffering on both sides as well as loss of life, though look at the degree.
The Palestinians are firing rockets made in their backyard workshops. Perhaps all their rockets together do not equate to the amount of firepower carried by ONE Israeli warplane.
The Israelis assassinate the head of the Palestinian armed resistance, basically the head of their army. How would the Israelis react if the head of their army were assassinated?
Of course, in the mainstream media the Palestinians fighters are described as terrorist, murderers, while the Israelis as soldiers.
we must come to terms that this is all a matter of perception. For the Palestinian, their fighters are freedom fighters while the Israelis are terrorists.
When the Jews fought the British mandate in Palestine in the 1940’s, the British and western media described them as terrorist bands. Again, it al depends on who is looking and with what lens.

I hope that we are all aware that the Hamas government in the Gaza strip was democratically elected. Now it does not matter if I agree or disagree with Hamas politics - they are the legitimate representatives of their people.
Let us not forget that most of the people in Gaza are decedents of refugees fleeing their homeland in Israel in 1948. They lost their homes in 1948 and their homes are turning into rubble again. How many of us are aware that Gaza is a mere 365 square kilometers and is home to around 2 million people, mostly refugees. It is the most densely populated place on earth and probably one of the most depressing places to live in, a place where hope is a forgotten word.

So how come Israel can get away with this? Why is the media mostly painting a picture of a battle of good against evil, of a legitimate army against terrorist, of a peace loving people against warmongers.
Do you really believe for a moment that Palestinian mothers love their children more then Israelite ones?

So what makes this tick and why is the world allowing this to happen. Could it be the fact that the Jewish lobby in some countries is very strong and politicians are afraid to rock the boat? It’s up to you to come to whatever conclusion you want. What is clear is; that a massacre is talking place and it is openly, overtly and silently supported by most of the so-called developed world.
Tonight I would like to offer a prayer for the children who are lying in bed shivering in fear, crying while the bombs are falling. Whatever side of the fence these children are, by condoning this violence, we are initiating them into a world of fear, and sowing in their hearts the seeds of hated and mistrust.
Let us create another world for these children, a different world for the children worldwide, so they always go to sleep with a smile on their face. So they dream of elves and fairies, not of bombs and blood.
Another world is possible, she is on her way, though we have to stand up for her, we have to stand up for peace and their will never be peace without justice.

Time to reaffirm- change is possible

Prior to the advent of the one god – male - doctrine we celebrated our holy days around the natural cycles of the earth and the stars, the moon and the sun.
Our main days were the solstice and the equinox.

We celebrated change.

We honoured the fact that life is a cycle; that the moon waxed and waned and so did the cycles of life.
We observed the coming and the going. The planting and the harvest; the birth and the rebirth.

The world is a bigger mess then ever before. The economic system is in the process of disintegrating, people are starving worldwide while there is food surplus everywhere. Actually the world spends every 8 days on arms the same amount of money it would take to eradicate hunger and feed all the people.

So what do we do when we are in such deep shit.

Fuck them, all those who want to control us and bring us down.  Let us celebrate together, wherever we are.
Let us affirm together, that change is possible.

Now with the passing of the seasons and the rising of the moon we reclaim our power.
Now we affirm that we walk away from fear - into the arms of trust.
Away from doubt – into the welcoming hands of surety.
Away from if and but - affirming yes and now.
Away from Monocultures - affirming diversity.
Away from a he made universe - into an all-encompassing circle.
Away from dis-ease…. Into being at-ease.
Away from HisStory - affirming that we all co-create reality together, moment-to-moment, as god, with god supporting god.
Away from the myth of separation – embracing the power of unity.

Another world is possible – she is knocking at our door, awaiting us to co – create with her…

The witch that feared to be

In all of us exist a space where we wish to die. Within life’s celebration, there is often a hidden quest for destruction. Perhaps these cycles continue to perpetuate as long as we refuse to embrace, that we are made of the dust held within the auric field of magic.

She walked in one day with a name that wasn’t her anymore. In a very subtle way, she hinted, that it was up to me to tell her story, your story, my story, our story.
She was my teacher - she is my teacher.
She was my student - she still is.

The gaze from one's eyes always gives a hint to the star they hail from and I didn’t even need to look at her to know that she came from home.
She knows more than I ever will, though I dare remember what she fears to embrace.

Often I wonder, what it is in the human condition that makes us forget so quickly where we come from and the purpose of our visit to earth.
Somehow I suspect that someone figured out we would be easier controlled and managed if we abide in ignorance while remaining addicted to our suffering.
She was an addict, of the worst kind – the one that is convinced that within her addiction lies the path to salvation.

She was beautiful, she is beautiful, though she manages to hide her beauty with the mask of never-ending emotional abuse and denial.
She has the type of beauty that when it shines for a moment, the whole street would pause to take a glimpse of her towering magnificence.
Instead, the people stopped and gazed at her festering sores, her rugged armour, that shielded her from the world and more so from the need to relate to it, in any meaningful way.
She said she was happy to be small and insignificant and every line on her face said she was lying. She was a good liar; it was her art and way of surviving.

We all lie to ourselves, all the time, for the other option petrifies us. And the price we have to pay once we stop lying to ourselves is a price most of us are unwilling to fork out.
It’s strange though since there is nothing we need to acquire in order to stop this lie. We just have to let go, drop all of it; all our past and garbage. All our agreements with the gods of insignificance. All our beliefs that we are victims to sets of circumstance.

She said she was sick of it, that the rock in her heart had a heavy weight to it and may soon bring her down.
That thing in her heart, that wall of shrapnel and nails was stopping her from living, she knew it and she didn’t know what to do about it.

She said she would touch but not embrace. She said she could embrace but not touch. She couldn’t afford to give herself to live. She had a long-standing agreement with her master called fear, a master she had to obey, for it’s all that she knew.
She wanted to fuck off this ruthless master though she was afraid of what lay beyond its clutches. It was unknown and she couldn’t risk going somewhere she didn’t feel safe in. She felt safe with fear because this is what she knew. She felt sick of fear and it was slowly making her weaker.

She was a witch. She is a witch. She always knew it, though she was bred to not believe it.

I told her she was beautiful, she said I was blind.
I told her she was strong, she said I was stupid.
I told her she knew more than I ever will. She said I couldn’t see a thing.
She half-smiles, half talks and half listens. Everything she does is cut in two. The one in her that wants to live and the one that has surrendered long ago to the idea that she never will.

Then one day, when she least expected it, a freedom feather came flying in through the narrow crack in her window.
She didn’t know what to do with it.
What she did know was; that soon a wind would come and blow that feather away.

Monsanto – A devil disguised as our saviour from hunger

The campaign against Monsanto is gaining momentum and so it should.
From all the giant corporations seeking to exercise so much control and power over our lives, Monsanto is probably the worse while the topic of GMO is becoming the single most important issue facing humanity at this very present moment.
The reason is - once this deadly technology is out there, it can never be reversed.

We may be able to tackle pollution, global weather meltdown and other issues by changing the ways we live, though once there is enough GMO pollen out there; once enough of the food chain is contaminated, we will never be able to recall them.
GM plants cannot be recalled, but as living organisms they will multiply and mutate, passing any damaging traits from generation to generation.

Apart from this, the risk the human health is not even been studied yet and may take generations to fully understand.
GMO farming hands the control of agriculture to a few giant corporations, mainly Monsanto and renders the farmers worldwide powerless to any decisions this company makes.

In effect GMO is destruction of real democracy, as the most important elements of our physical survival on earth are the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat. Now the control of water and food is being handed over to the giant multinationals and of course, if they find a way to get control of the air we breathe, they will do it too.
Monsanto's goal is to control the future of food on planet earth.
I would like to share with you here an excerpt from my just released book
‘I CROW RIVER’ which is now available in all major online retailers.

“I am Nobi, King of the Crows,” he calls the night into his attention. “Don’t you all know that nature has never designed seeds which are mixed with the genes of fish and animals? Do you understand what GMO’s really are? They are cell invasion!  This insidious experiment is bound to breed monsters. Let us all not forget for a moment that one of the roles the plant kingdom plays is transforming light into life. Do you get what I am saying? Is there anybody out there that is still capable of hearing us? To genetically engineer plants and animals is no different than doing the same to humans. We all breathe the same air. All life forms are perfect, fulfilling their task within the tapestry of life. To manipulate them is to spit in the face of the Great Spirit and the eternal wisdom of creation. It is to say to her that you mistrust the way she designed the rising of the sun and shining of the moon. In nature nothing is independent, everything is interdependent and connected, we are all one community and to manipulate one is to do so to us all!
What’s happening in your human world? Have you stopped trusting in a wisdom that created your own perfect bodies, the most complex organism on earth that you wish to now manipulate other bodies of life as far as possible away from their original source? Have you stopped trusting in the wisdom that has nurtured and sustained life from the time before time began?
The next thing you’ll suddenly do is a breed GM crows that are silent; well that would surely spell the age of doom. Everything and everyone is born of the same divine source and is part of a never ending spectrum of love bowing in reverence at the altar of creation.”

Nobi is howling his words into the night while I am moved to tears. I didn’t realise he was King of the Crows, though really I should have known. He stares at me with his eyes of love reflecting in the endless night, then he looks at the space where all things are heard and calls the night back to his attention.
“I am Nobi, King of the Crows, voice to the voiceless ones, and I want to talk with the ones who say GMO seeds are to the benefit of humanity, I want you to come here, look into my eyes and explain to me how this deadly technology is meant to restore the balance of life on earth…."

so yesssss, we need to do something and yes, another world is possible - it requires our clear action and intent NOW

2012... a leap into the unknown....

So…the time is at last upon us – the bells are ringing, announcing the arrival of the year 2012.
It’s a new year folks…is there anything more to it? Or is it just another new year like so many we had before.

Well, to answer this question we do have to look back to the guidance and insight shared by our ancestors.
Many ancient cultures have indicated through their prophecies and precise mathematical calculations that this year will be a time of great change.
A time of death and rebirth, a time of great upheaval, an era of letting go of the old and embracing the new.
So… is the world going to end?  Of course not, and nothing anyway ever ends, it just transforms, takes new forms, sheds old skins and embraces a new energy field.
Yet hopefully we do chuck out some of our bad habits in the rubbish bin and send them down the incinerator.  Habits like our bullshit way of life. The way we relate to the planet and the way we relate to each other.

At the end of the day when a phoenix rises from the ashes, it’s up to her where she spreads her wings and flies to, and 2012 and beyond will be, what we as a  collective affirm it to be.
I am not saying no other forces are at play here…there are and they are felt by the many already.

We will experience more than a mild jolt… we have to!!! We have been in a state of denial for to long now, so we will receive the assistance we need in order that we accept that it’s time to change. However, how the change will look like is up to us… it is our dream and vision that we must awaken for the birthing of a new dawn.

So, what is it that we want to be done with?
Well, our economic system of greed and exploitation must go, for it is responsible for so much misery.
It is the cause that every living system on the planet is in a state of decline.
It is the cause that we see so much hunger and depravation in the world.
It is the cause that a few have so much while so many others have nothing.
It is the cause that hundreds of millions of children go to sleep every day crying with hunger.
It is the cause why we fight wars for oil.
It is the cause why we have stopped teaching the children how to live and we teach them how to consume.

Commodities have become the main symbols of culture rather than art and creativity, love and laughter.
We must learn to love life again rather than be in love with THINGS.
We must replace the love for power with the power of love.
Something fundamental has to change in our relationship to the world around us! We are not here to conquer the planet and all life on it… we are here to share this precious earth with all our relations and to make sure that many generations from now, this place is a flowering garden rather than a waste land, torn apart by our greed and lack of imagination.

Regardless if you believe in ancient prophecies or not, I am sure all of us feel something is going to give soon. The chain is about to snap and we are bound to pass through a period of chaos.
Darkness is the womb that propels the new seed to send its energy into the light. Each rebirth rises from the dead. So whatever happens, we must understand and embrace it as a step towards the breaking of the new dawn, where we at last choose to embrace who we truly are – particles of god co-creating a beautiful future for all living beings anywhere, wherever they may be, and everything in this universe is alive.

Another world is possible – really, we have no other choice.
